Environment (Northern Ireland) (2002 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

This Order brings the provisions of Part IV (together with Schedule 4) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 into operation on 3rd February 2003.
